The installation and fixing rubber support of cycloidal hydraulic motor shall have sufficient bending stiffness. When the system has working pressure impact, the rear drive of the hydraulic motor is not allowed to vibrate, which is very easy to destroy the motor. The output shaft of the cycloidal hydraulic motor shall be coaxial with the axis of the coupling connected. When the oil inlet and pump of cycloidal hydraulic motor are seamless steel pipes, the in-situ stress of the pipeline shall be completely eliminated, and the pipeline is not allowed to have the effect of mutual force on the motor. Before installing and operating the cycloidal hydraulic motor, fill the motor housing with clean gear oil from the two oil holes. Test run the rotating output shaft. If there is no abnormality, it can be installed for operation. The axial load borne by the output shaft of cycloidal hydraulic motor shall not exceed the standard value, otherwise it may endanger the stability of the motor and reduce its service life.
The causes of oil leakage of cycloidal hydraulic motor are basically divided into three categories:
1: Oil leakage of bearing end cover: because the frame seal and output shaft are in constant friction in the daily application of the motor, the frame seal and shaft surface will be damaged. If it exceeds a certain degree, the frame seal will fail and cause oil leakage.
Solution: remove and replace the skeleton seal. When the output shaft is seriously damaged, replace the output shaft.
2: Oil leakage at the planetary deceleration seal: the O-ring of the seal groove is crushed or embrittled and loses its sealing performance, which has a low probability. Only the O-ring needs to be replaced.
3: Oil leakage from the gap of cycloidal hydraulic motor: it is located between the motor shell and the front baffle, the hydraulic motor or the front baffle and the motor stator body, or the motor stator
The O-ring between the body and the rear baffle plate is brittle or crushed. If this condition occurs, just remove and replace the O-ring
